Installation is not included in the quoted price. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for installation services if needed.

All quotations are subject to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in material costs, availability, and market conditions. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing accordingly.

All work will be completed according to the specifications submitted and per standard practices. Any changes or modifications to the specifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. After this time, we reserve the right to modify or withdraw the proposal.

Materials will only be ordered upon receipt of a purchase order and deposit payment. The deposit payment is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances beyond our control.

FOB Easton PA. All orders will be shipped from our facility in Easton, PA. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping, insurance, and any other related costs.

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

This agreement represents the entire understanding between the customer and our company and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral.
