Team Member Responsibilities:
● Executing all tasks assigned by the team leader or manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
● Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
● Participating in meetings and voicing concerns as well as suggestions for improvement.
● Answering or escalating concerns and using problem solving skills to work more effective and efficiently.
● Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the company.
● Expanding your skills by attending workshops and training sessions.
● Effectively managing your time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
● Assisting the manager or team leader as required.
● Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
● Ability to move in a fast pace warehouse environment and be able to stand up to 8 hours a day.

● Previous experience working in a team or warehouse atmosphere would be advantageous.

Project Manager

About Position

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom millwork projects, specializing in melamine and plastic laminated case goods.  
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, shop drawings, material estimation/takeoff, and time allocation to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. 
Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results. 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight & Coordination
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. ● Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation crews. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and addressing concerns. 
Estimation & Cost Analysis
● Accurately estimate project costs, including material procurement, labor, and time allocation. ● Analyze project scope and provide competitive and profitable bids. ● Ensure proper material selection and cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality. 
Material Procurement & Sourcing
● Order and source materials efficiently, ensuring timely availability for production. ● Work with suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality for melamine, plastic laminates, hardware, and other casegoods materials. ● Maintain an organized inventory system to track material usage and needs for upcoming projects. 
Technical Expertise & Software Proficiency
● Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to translate designs into real-world applications. ● Utilize Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, and other industry-specific software to develop precise shop drawings and layouts. ● Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and manufacturability. 
Client & Team Communication
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, and vendors. ● Clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders.● Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth project execution. 
Time Management & Scheduling
● Develop project schedules, allocating time and resources effectively to meet deadlines. ● Identify potential delays or issues and proactively implement solutions; conveying delays or problems with customers. ● Monitor job progress and adjust plans as needed to maintain efficiency. 
Things to Consider:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in the millwork or cabinetry industry. 
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, Tradesoft and other relevant design and manufacturing software. 
Knowledge: Strong understanding of melamine and plastic laminated casegoods manufacturing and assembly. 
Education: Degree or certification in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. 
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. 
Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills to review drawings and ensure precise execution. 
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design and manufacturing challenges effectively.
