CAD/Cabinet Vision Technician

We are currently seeking a full-time CAD Technician. Candidate will be required to create and design 2D shop drawings based off of customer's requests.
Job DescriptionCandidate will need to be knowledgeable and proficient in AutoCAD and/or Cabinet Vision and must be able to visualize how to manufacture cabinets, desks and retail displays to CAM Millwork's guidelines. Responsibilities• AutoCAD• Cabinet Vision• CNC abilities a plus - operate, program & troubleshooting; including, but not limited to flat panel CNC and point-to-point CNC
Qualifications• Previous experience in production, manufacturing in the millwork industry;• Specifically familiar with plastic laminates and casegoods• Familiarity with blueprints and technical drawings• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment• Ability to handle physical workload• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more• Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures a plus; Including but not limited to: Performing routine preventative maintenance• Problem-Solving Skills
